Ryan Spann made the most out of his co-main event opportunity by knocking out Misha Cirkunov. Spann dropped Cirkunov early, let him get back up and then damaged him again with a punch to the side of the head. Once Cirkunov hit the floor again, Spann unloaded with hammerfists to force a stoppage.
